Rulada de vita (Beef Rolls)


INGREDIENTE:

500 g carne slaba de vita (lean beef)
100 g fasole verde (long pod beans)
2 morcovi (carrots)
cimbru (savory)
nucsoara (nutmeg)

Se feliaza carnea de vita si se bate ca pentru snitele. Se sareaza, se adauga si ierburile aromatice, apoi se asaza deasupra, intr-o margine, fasii de fasole verde si morcovi fierte. Se ruleaza strans, se leaga cu o sfoara astfel incat sa nu se desfaca ruloul de carne si se da la cuptor intr-o tava yena cu un pic de apa in ea. Se mai intarce ruloul de 2-3 ori pe masura ce se gateste. Cand s-a rumenit complet, se scoate, se desface sfoara si se feliaza. Se serveste alaturi de orice garnitura va place. Eu am pregatit, alaturi de rulada, o garnitura de piure de cartofi si broccoli, si a fost deosebit de gustos! :)
Slice the meat and beat it with a kitchen hammer. Sprinkle salt, herbs, then boiled long pod beans and carrots. Roll carefully and tightly, then tie the roll with kitchen string so that it does not open during baking. Put the meat roll in a pan and into the oven, with a little cold water in it, for steam. Turn the roll 2-3 times during baking. When it is nice and brown, take it out, cut off the string and slice it. As a side dish, you can have anything you like. I prepared mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it was absolutely delicious! :)
