Fusecuri cu nuca de cocos (Coconut Cookies)


375 g faina (flour)
100 g zahar (sugar)
1 plic praf de copt (pack of raising mix)
250 g unt (butter)
1 ou (egg)
100 g nuca de cocos (coconut)
dulceata (jam)

Se amesteca toate ingredientele si se lasa coca la rece 30 minute, apoi se intinde si taie cu forma.
Mix all the ingredients (except for the jam) and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then cut using a shape cutter.

Se asaza in tava pregatita cu hartie de copt si se coc maxim 10 minute la 190 grade.
Place the shaped dough in the pan, on wax paper, and bake for maximum 10 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius.

Se lasa sa se racoreasca si lipesc cate 2 cu dulceata. Eu am avut dulceata de capsuni pe care am pasat-o (ca sa se poata intinde uniform). Cine doreste, le poate pudra si cu zahar. Sunt extraordinar de fragede si deosebit de bune!
Let cool and then attach every two cookies together placing a small amount of jam between them. I had strawberry jam which I blended well beforehand (so that I could spread it evenly). If you wish, you can also sprinkle a little powder sugar on top of them. They're incredibly tender and delicious!
