Piure de broccoli cu peste (Pureed Broccoli and Fish )


De data aceasta, este randul copiilor! :) Am incercat aceasta reteta cu fetita mea cea mica, Ana, de 8 luni, si i-a placut tare mult, asa ca o sa o mai fac...
This time, it is kids' turn! :) I've tried this recipe on my 8-month-old daughter Ana and she really liked it, so I'll be making it again and again...

INGREDIENTE:

100 g broccoli
100 g pastrav (trout)
un cartof mic (small potato)
1 lingurita ulei de masline sau unt (tsp olive oil or butter)
zeama de lamaie (lemon juice)

Frigeti pastravul la gratar sau la cuptor. Fierbeti broccoli si cartoful separat. Cand pestele e gata, scoateti cateva bucati de carne de pe el si curatati-le cu atentie de oase. Amestecati cu un blender vertical pestele, broccoli si cateva bucatele de cartof (nu prea mult cartof, caci riscati ca piureul sa se transforme intr-un amestec prea lipicios pentru gustul celor mici), subtiind mancarea cu apa in care a fiert broccoli. La sfarsit, se adauga uleiul/untul si zeama de lamaie, dupa gust. Este delicios si foarte sanatos!
Cook the fish on the grill or in the oven (the important thing is not to add oil in the process). Boil the broccoli and the potato separately. When the fish is ready, choose a few pieces and take the little bones out of them. Blend the fish pieces, broccoli and some potato together (don't add too much boiled potato or you'll end up with sticky food). Use the water in which broccoli was boiled to thin the puree. Finally, add the oil/butter and lemon juice, stir and serve. It's delicious AND healthy!
